Summary
The purpose of this Public Works Technical Bulletin (PWTB) is to provide guidance for recovering, reusing, and recycling building materials typically disposed of as demolition waste. It will assist Army installations and Major Army Commands (MACOMs) in implementing practices to reduce the amount of demolition debris generated by the removal of surplus buildings.
