Summary
This Tri–Service Pavements Working Group (TSPWG) Manual provides guidance on the use of flowable fill for repairing or backfilling excavations in earthen structures. Direction is provided on the flowable fill mix design, characterization, and usage of flowable fill. A brief review of the research effort leading to the recommendations within this manual is also provided.
